I recently found myself in a tricky situation with a dangerous cracked tyre. Having made two previous pit stops to deal with the issue, I called O’Sheas and a young guy, Jason responded with an invitation to come on immediately. The problem was sorted with excellent efficiency and such good humour. My fears were totally allayed and the problem dealt with speedily which meant I was not late for my onward appointment.
